Using this website

The site prepares your enquiry email in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server, create an account or take payments. We do not add analytics or marketing cookies to this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes connection details such as your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

If you email us

We receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Your email provider and our Gmail service handle the message. We use the information to respond and follow up on your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in managing correspondence. Please do not send health information, confidential site plans or other information we do not need.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up, or where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list.

Your rights and complaints
